A lifetime tech nerd, he is always seeking the latest and greatest in whatever his latest “thing” is whether it be snowboarding, biking or technology Lance is always testing and refining performance. Lance’s true passion is that of learning and that is a strong part of the culture he has created at Admit One.  In his off time Lance is the doting father of two beautiful girls, Avery and Claire, makes any physical exercise a competition and is on the perpetual search for the perfect Black Lab to make his life complete.

Co-founder and Director for Admit One

Brian has 20 plus years experience as a technology entrepreneur showcasing a particular talent for building successful startup businesses in the Midwest.

Brian is also active in the enterprise software, mobile technology and e-commerce spaces. Outside of work Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and two dogs (especially the hunting dog). 

Reinitz, Kristin

Kristin Reinitz

Director - Sales & Business Development

Growing up with a Dad who is a remodeler, Kristin knew from a young age that she would be in construction industry. Her inquiring mind and diverse background combined with her degree in Interior Design gives her a unique perspective on our projects. In the summers, when not playing beach volleyball or kickball, you’ll find her out running or out on the water, in a kayak or on a paddle board, and always with her pup Linus!

, Mark


Sales Director

Mark knew from college he wanted to explore the world of technology, so after graduation with a degree in Management Information Systems from Iowa State he headed for the Twin Cities and has been a respected player in the home technology field for well over a decade. Mark is known for his customer-centric sales approach and his superb client care.  Off hours Mark is an avid outdoorsman, spends time with his beautiful wife and the apple of his eye, Preston, and his two uber trained Brittany dogs, Penny and Archer. 

, Dan


Sales Director

Even as a youth, Dan always wanted technology forward gifts. Fresh out of school from Iowa State Dan entered the world of electronic sales where he accidentally discovered a love of home theaters and with his calm demeanor and great sense of humor- a gift for dealing with clients. Since then he hasn’t looked back and loves helping his clients with any and all technology solutions.   Dan is a devoted family man with three “high-energy” boys, Dylan, Hudson and Tyler and married his high school sweetheart. 

, Sarah



Sarah spent 11 years managing her father’s law office and absorbed as much about the law as she did numbers- not a bad combo for a bookkeeper!  Sarah is a passionate world traveler; her favorite locale is Turkey followed closely by Italy (she can vouch for the quality of the pizza) and her third wonder is the Bosnia/Croatia area.  These days she and her husband enjoy time together with their two miniature poodles and are banking up on sleep as they are expecting their first child.

, Andy


Systems Engineer Manager

Sometimes life is your school, and if this is the case, Andy has his Masters equivalency in home electronics.  As a kid Andy began by installing car audio systems for friends and then was hired professionally to continue this work as well as installing remote starters. This company had a home technology side of the business and the recognized a winner when they saw one.  In the industry since 2000, Andy has been with Admit One for over 8 years and is responsible for constructing some of the most kicking home-tech packages in the region.  In his spare time Andy plays hockey, rock climbs, skydives, scuba dives and loves to travel.

, Dan P.

Dan P.


Dan has been reading about home theater and audio in tech publications since he was a kid, long before he had money to buy them. That combined with a love of music led him speaker sales, which quickly transformed into installing AV equipment, security systems and programming control systems.  Dan has his B.A. in English literature and in his spare time hopes one day to be a contributing columnist in the very pubs which inspired him. Dan shares his outside interests with his wife and two young boys and also is a guitarist, bassist and vocalist for two local bands.

, Bill


Service Manager, All Around Problem Solver

When asked what Bill loves about the AV world he responds, “Why not?  We get to play with TVs and fun stuff all day”. Bill is the go-to in the Admit One offices for anything that goes awry or questions to be answered.  A client favorite he prides himself on his no- nonsense approach and surpassing expectations all-around.  One of Bill’s life goals is to have Taylor Swift write a song about him and the only creature who can completely melt his heart is his miniature Golden Doodle, Bentley.  Bill shares Bently with his wife, Briana.

, Joe


Security Manager

Joe started in the business in 2001 working on car audio and security.  He then went to work for a low voltage subcontractor for 12 year and quickly worked his way to lead service technician.  At Admit One Joe runs the sub company Minnesota Security which addresses all our clients’ security needs. He is in expert in many different security systems.  Joe lives with his girlfriend of 8 years and they share a beautiful Havanese dog named Charlie and and orange Tabby named Java.  Joe is eternally honing his skills smoking pork shoulders and ribs.

, Brady



Brady started his college career in audio engineering, but switched directions and graduated with a degree in video multi-media. A connoisseur of brews and great music, he often takes advantage of the rich and varied scenes of local breweries and concert venues.  Brady, his wife and daughter are also frequently found in their favorite place—anywhere outside.

, David


True story - As a former drafter, Dave was in the process of designing a home for a client when he visited an AV company to research product.  Thirty minutes into a conversation with the store manager,  Dave had a new job- and he hasn’t looked back since.  Dave loves new technology and the great customers he gets to meet along the way.  When not at work Dave can be found anywhere outdoors with his four kids, or practicing his photography skills. Dave also loves drumming and his favorite drummer is Neil Pert from Rush, which is the only obvious choice.

, Ben



Ben attended Ridge Water college for audio technology and has always had an interest in AV systems.  Ben is an avid workout buff, loves spending time with his wife and three boys and is active in their local church. 

, Chris


Senior Technician

Chris has been in the industry for almost 20 years. He started young when he was 18 and has always loved the fast pace of change and learning that is required to keep in front of home automation technology. He prides himself on being a role model for other technicians and making sure his customers are handled with the utmost care in the integration process. In his free time, Chris plays on several softball leagues including a co-ed league with his wife. He loves being a part of his two kid’s active sports lives and helping them learn as well as being “Dad in the stands” cheering them on.

, John


Operations Manager

John got his start in the indusry in 2003 and has been able to see the transistion of technology over the years. He’s also been able to work with some great clients and industry partners during this time. At a young age he had an interest in electronics, fixing old radios and such.  John has his Bachelor’s degree in IT Management from Concordia University.  Now days, when away from work, John spends time with his wife Jeannie and twin boys, Parker and Gavin. He can, on occassion, also be found either honing his golf skills or in his favorite fishing spot.
