A primary client request was audio for main floor entertaining spaces that would integrate into ceiling aesthetic — the entire main level entertaining space ceiling has giant skylight with beams running across making integrating anything into it challenging. Admit One collaborated with Leon Speakers for custom solution here; and deployed Sonance to match lighting cans elsewhere.

As well as using Samsung Frame TV to hide video, reduce clutter and create convenience, Admit One incorporated time-based events in a Crestron control system, like waking up house audio and master bathroom Frame TV to favorite stations; turning off entertaining zones at certain times; security displaying when driveway probe is triggered; sun-based events for shades/lighting; and occupancy sensors triggering light events.

The owners are mindful of the property’s security, with lake access, multiple buildings, as well as numerous guests potentially coming and going. Due to a number of maintenance systems throughout house, the security system also monitors systems in the home so owners have a snapshot of the property both onsite and remotely.

This home for a pro athlete who travels a lot had to have user-friendly tech for family and guests that stay for extended periods. Crestronanchored systems include big entertaining spaces such as a bar with an 85-inch Sony 4K TV that can split into four independent screens using a video tiler; sports court; dedicated theater room; golf simulator area; and outdoor space.

In the theater room, Admit One worked very closely with L. Cramer Builders to achieve nice acoustical isolation for powerful Wisdom Audio system through specific construction techniques as well as treatments for acoustical clarity. Video system has 10 zones with eight video sources, while audio system includes 27 zones with 10 sources that collectively total 48 amplified channels.

Primary entertaining spaces and living spaces have lighting control over 86 lighting loads. There’s a combination of 19 window treatments in the master suite. A total of 31 Crestron Horizon keypads to cover the house, plus every room has TSR-310 touchscreen remotes. In addition, all members of family have personal iPad and iPhone control.
