What Changed

Admit One is adding fresh ideas and over 54 years of industry experience to our ownership group. Joining current owner, Lance Anderson – please congratulate new owners, but long-time employees, Andy Hepola, John Svobodny, and Kristin Reinitz!

What I Bring to the Table

I have worn many hats with Admit One. Most importantly, I have worked directly with clients on the front lines—before, during, and after installation. I look forward to using my customer interfacing experience to provide an alternate perspective and deliver a superior product to our valued customers.

Kristin Reinitz

My Background

12 years of industry experience; 4 years with Admit One

What I Bring to the Table

Somebody needs to keep all these guys in line! That aside, my strengths are around servant leadership, communication, and creating a self-motivated team. As an added bonus my background is in interior design so I’m sensitive to how technology looks & fits into the design of a home.

Looking Forward

Having completed multiple Lighting Design certifications, I’m most excited about bringing elevated lighting design to our partners in this market. We were already controlling the lights in a home as part of our system but now we bring expertise to the actual fixture layout & specification.
