An expansive outdoor kitchen and patio area sit at the heart of the outdoor living experience on the property. A perfect spot for alfresco dining, the area naturally becomes the preferred location for hosting larger gatherings.

Sunbrite TVs and a Sonance SLS audio system pair with comfortable seating arrangements and elegant overhead lighting to keep the entertainment running well into the evening on those warmer summer nights. The entire arrangement, according to Reinitz, creates a soft, inviting environment where those present can immerse themselves in the natural splendor of the landscape, aided immensely by those picturesque views of the lake.

Sunbrite and Sonance do much of the heavy lifting for the outdoor entertainment at Halstead’s Bay with additional systems being in place at the poolside lounge, as well as both the bocci and pickleball courts.

Access points from Access Networks, meanwhile, carry the networking infrastructure into the outdoor environments, providing uninterrupted connectivity for streaming, gaming, and communication throughout the property.
